Privacy Policy

MotoFly (“we”, “our”) operates MotoFlyOS, an internal operations dashboard available through motofly.az. This policy explains how the dashboard processes information when MotoFly’s authorized TikTok account is connected.
Information we process
- TikTok account identifiers, display name, avatar, biography and profile link.
- Public account statistics, including follower, following, likes and video counts.
- Public video metadata and engagement statistics, including views, likes, comments and shares.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized connection.
- Security and audit information related to authorized dashboard access.
How we use information
Information is used only to display MotoFly’s TikTok profile, published videos and performance statistics to authorized MotoFly administrators, maintain the API connection, secure the service and troubleshoot technical issues. We do not sell TikTok data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Storage and security
Credentials and OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed in browser code. Tokens are encrypted at rest and dashboard access is controlled by authenticated permissions.
Sharing
We do not disclose TikTok data to third parties except infrastructure providers required to operate MotoFlyOS, legal authorities where required by law, or with the account owner’s instruction.
Retention and deletion
Connection data is retained while the TikTok integration remains authorized. The account owner may revoke access in TikTok or request disconnection and deletion. Associated tokens will then be revoked or removed, subject to legal and security record-retention requirements.
Your choices
The TikTok account owner controls authorization and may revoke MotoFlyOS access through TikTok account settings. For access or deletion requests, contact us using the address below.
