Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to MotoFlyOS, MotoFly’s internal operations dashboard available through motofly.az. By authorizing or using the TikTok integration, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose and eligibility

MotoFlyOS is intended for authorized MotoFly personnel. The TikTok integration connects MotoFly’s official TikTok account to display account information, public videos and performance statistics inside the dashboard.

Authorized use

• You must have authority to connect the relevant TikTok account.
• You must keep dashboard credentials secure and must not share access with unauthorized persons.
• You must use the integration lawfully and in accordance with TikTok’s terms and developer policies.
• You must not attempt to bypass access controls, extract credentials or misuse account data.

TikTok authorization

The account owner grants access through TikTok’s authorization screen and may revoke that access through TikTok. MotoFlyOS does not request or store the TikTok account password.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of MotoFlyOS to protect security, comply with platform requirements or improve the service. TikTok API availability and data are controlled by TikTok and may change independently.

Intellectual property

MotoFlyOS, its interface and original materials belong to MotoFly or its licensors. TikTok names, content and services remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and terms.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided for internal operational use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MotoFly is not liable for interruptions or inaccuracies caused by third-party platforms, networks or unauthorized use.

Termination

Access may be disabled when authorization is withdrawn, employment or authorization ends, these Terms are violated, or security requires it.
